After outlasting the Tigers for a 12-9 win in Thursday’s marathon that took four hours and 13 minutes, the Red Sox hit the road for a four-game series at Baltimore. The teams have met for a pair of three-game series already this season, with the road team coming away with the sweep each time.

Eduardo Rodriguez will get the start for the Red Sox.
