MIT graduate dies on campus in ‘apparent accident’

A Massachusetts Institute of Technology graduate died on campus Tuesday night in an apparent accident, the school’s student newspaper reported.

Nicholas Paggi, who graduated from the college in 2015, was working at Ab Initio at the time his death, according to The Tech. No further information about his death was provided.

Rich Fletcher, the director of the D-Lab’s Mobile Technology Group, where Paggi worked in his last three semesters, said he was well-read and had a great sense of humor.

“The world has lost a kind soul and great thinker,” Fletcher told The Tech. “We will miss him very much,”
